Beat Burnout and Explore Change
We are often so focused on work performance that we don’t have time to nurture our professional selves.
But work deserves the same care and attention as our personal lives. We need time to reflect and focus.
Join a small group of professionals for workshops on authentic leadership, conflict, ambition, and balance.
Attend if . . .
You’re navigating conflict, change, or burnout
You’re rethinking ambition and goals
You don’t have the time to nurture your work life like you do your personal life.
You can't fully express your full self at work.
You're open to experimenting with new workshop formats and giving feedback.
October Workshops
October 17
8 am-10 am ET
October 10
11 am-1 pm ET
A safe space to reflect and recharge.
You can sign up for one, two, or all three workshops. They’re free while I experiment with the format and gather feedback about what works.
We will use writing prompts and self-reflection exercises to explore the issues that need the most attention in our work lives.
Space is limited to 6-8 participants in each workshop, so please try to attend if you take a spot.
(You know how it is when you offer stuff for free! People don’t think they have to show up!)

About Sarah
I’m an executive coach, mentor, and advisor with 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, go-to-market, and leadership.
I work with startup and scaleup CEOs, business leaders, and go-to-market professionals who want to improve themselves, their teams, and their results with tailored GTM strategies and leadership practices that deliver real business impact.
Over the last 25 years, I’ve held various marketing and sales leadership roles, working for companies of all sizes in all industries.
I’ve been a VP, a CMO, a sales leader, an individual contributor, a solo marketer, a consultant, and an analyst.
I’ve worked for pre-seed tech startups, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, associations, and federal agencies.
I’ve collaborated with leaders you’ve heard of, like Madeleine Albright, Adam Grant, Claes Fornell, and Sangram Vajre, and many you haven’t who bootstrapped their own MVP and went on to successful exits.
Helping people feel more curious, capable, and connected at work brings me tremendous joy and personal fulfillment.
